Digestive Issues, anxiety, low self esteem

I can’t thank Bianca enough, her teachings have changed my life completely. When I applied to do the lightning process I was in a place where anxiety, low self-esteem consumed my life. I felt like I had tried everything to help with sleep struggles, digestive issues, and an overall feeling of burnout! During the 3 day training, I was able to make huge leaps forward and by the end of the course, I felt totally different and had learned so much!

Now 2 months on, I use the tools I learned frequently and feel an overall weight has been lifted. The power of the mind is incredible and having these tools truly has helped with more than the symptoms I went to Bianca for.

Bianca is a warm, relatable practitioner who adds humor and sparks of her own knowledge into her practice. I found she used her natural intuition and just knew at times what I needed to hear and do. This has truly lead me to make the changes I am so grateful I have made and continue to make!
