Anxiety & Self Confidence

I really enjoyed the LP training and found it quite life-changing. It is a great tool, and I enjoyed the mix of NLP, visualisation and coaching. I love the positive psychology principles behind it, e.g., that we are all geniuses in some way, that we can learn to be our own coach, and that we are all in it together and can help and support each other. I really enjoyed doing the training in person and in a small group.

The material was interesting, it was great to have the space to learn, practice and problem-solve together, and the time flew by! (I also found Phil Parker's audio recordings about the development of LP very useful and informative.)

From the second day of the course I started to have more confidence, and to feel more relaxed and calm (which close friends have said they noticed in me following the course). I am being more kind and encouraging to myself, and choosing not to take the old pathways of self-criticism and anxiety. I am working on continuing to grow in these areas and become stronger and more authentic in who I am.

Key takeaways for me were the importance of using positive language, the power of visualisation and coaching (especially a good antidote!), and shifting myself out of a stress/fight or flight state as soon as possible to strengthen new pathways. (Heaps of others too, but my mind is a bit foggy after the holidays!)

Bianca is a fantastic trainer – so knowledgeable, perceptive, empathic and authentic. She has a particular gift for crafting antidotes so that the coaching side of the process is extra powerful. She was warm, kind and non-judgemental, and created such a safe space for us to learn and grow, and shared from her own experiences in a way that was natural and helpful. She really understood the areas we were struggling with and wanting to move forward in.
