POTS, anxiety and low moods
Right from the start you made me feel comfortable and safe even when talking about the things I wouldn’t normally share with anyone else. Since starting LP and having NLP sessions I’ve noticed such a shift in thinking, and so many positive changes both mentally and physically. From being on sleeping pills constantly for months to now sleeping without any, not being so focused on reaching distances and times when running and instead being able to actually enjoy them, and having a lot more energy.
After our follow up NLP session I feel a lot less on edge and like a massive weight has been lifted. Honestly don’t know where I would be without all your support recently and excited for the future now I have the LP. xx
